Our story
Thirty years ago, we began as a laboratory specializing in amino acid tests-Back then we already envisioned our purpose: to be Israel’s best service laboratory and demonstrate the utmost commitment to our customers. Innovation runs through the story of our company. “Every particle counts” is our motto, and it expresses the essence of our conduct: strict attention to every detail. Leading in our field means constant innovation, so we’re the first to implement cutting-edge equipment, breakthrough technologies, and advanced testing methods. Management and Department Heads
Ami Bechar is a Certified Public Accountant by training and has a master’s degree with honors in business administration from the College of Management and a Behavioral Sciences coaching diploma from Tel Aviv University. He began with Aminolab in 2001. From 2007 to 2012, he served as VP of Finance at a publicly traded company and as Deputy CEO at a company abroad. In 2013, he returned to Aminolab and has been CEO since 2014. Ami holds overall responsibility for the company; he assists and supports the department managers in the ongoing efficient and accurate work of the laboratory.
Aminolab is built like a giant jigsaw puzzle: every element has significance for quality work, each part is integral, and everything needs proper attention. Ami strives to strengthen the excellent interpersonal relations in the company, the dedication and care of its employees and managers, based on the belief that the human and professional factor are the key to success.
To remain at the forefront of its field, Ami ensures the company emphasizes experience, reliability, and service. Aminolab does not “cut corners.” The commitment to quality at this level is at the heart of the company’s strategy.

Ami likes the world of commerce and negotiations, but he is also a philosophy and kabbalah numerology enthusiast, a collector of notes and coins from all over the world, a puzzle aficionado, and he enjoys carpentry – his childhood love.
Ami was born in 1970, has three children—Bar (2005), Shay (2004), and Ron (1997) – and lives in Ness Ziona.

Natali- was born in Argentina and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires and an MA in Counseling and Organizational Development from the College of Management,.
In previous positions, Natali was involved in business development, organization and operation of clinical trials, and the management of numerous pharmaceutical and biotech projects. She also has over 10 years of experience in human resource management.
At Aminolab, she serves as the company’s human resources manager and is responsible for all stages of employees recruitment and hiring, training and organizational development, and for the welfare of all employees. Natali is also a partner in building and streamlining of work processes and provides direction and counseling to employees and senior managers.
Natali was born in 1978 and is mother to May and Dan.

Quality Assurance Manager and Chemistry Specialist
Revital holds a BA in Chemistry with honors from Tel Aviv University, and a Master’s and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the Hebrew University.
She has 23 years of experience in pharmaceutics at Teva. She served as a professional manager of 20 quality-control laboratories for the company’s active ingredients division, supported and led audits by local authorities (mainly FDA), and accompanied the quality controls of Copaxone, Teva’s innovative flagship product, for years.
Revital has managed the Chemistry department in Aminolab over the last 4 years.
The department is providing analytical services in a variety of areas such as Environmental Chemistry, Pharma, Medical Cannabis, food, and cosmetics.
The Chemistry department is capable to design a “testing basket” of various technologies—tailored to the customer—to support Biocompatibility testing, validation of critical processes such as sterilization of medical equipment by Ethylene Oxide, supporting medical Cannabis new developing industry, and cleaning processes after production stages.
Revital moved in January 2021 to lead the quality and innovation department. Revital is holding a concept of involvement and support in all Aminolab departments in order to implement a wide daily quality culture. This culture is a strong basis to comply with a variety of regulatory requirements such as multiple ISO standards, GMP, and GLP and to support our customers in Israel & abroad.

Revital is sharing her professional knowledge & experience with our customers, providing consulting services related to quality, regulation, laboratories, and analytical technologies.
Revital loves sports and music and now also devotes her leisure hours to spending time with a young and mischievous grandson.
Revital was born in 1964. The mother of Liron (1988), Gilad (1992), and Noga (1997), as well as grandmother to Hillel (2017) & Raphael (2019), she lives in Givatayim.

Orly has a bachelor’s degree in biology, a master’s degree and a Ph.D in microbiology from Bar Ilan University, a post-doctorate in microbiology from the Hebrew University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the College of Management.
Orly has a vast experience of 17 years in the pharmaceutical field as part of her work at TEVA and OMRIX Pharma companies, where she managed quality control laboratories and groups in the quality assurance departments.
Between the years 2020-2023, Orly managed a quality control and method development laboratory at OPKO and also worked at GSAP, providing consulting to pharmaceutical and medical device companies During her work, Orly accompanied many regulatory audits, the main ones being FDA, European authorities and the Israeli Ministry of Health.
At the beginning of 2023, Orly joined Aminolab Laboratories as the Deputy of the Quality Department.
Orly was born in 1968, mother to Noam and Gali and also raises Fix, likes to read, travel and rock concerts

Helena completed her BA in Life Sciences and her MA and PhD in Medical Microbiology from Bar-Ilan University. She completed her post-doctorate in Endocrinology and Molecular Biology at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot.
Between 2004 and 2015, Helena worked in Israel and abroad in the sale and marketing of medical and laboratory equipment. She gained extensive experience in business development, marketing and sales, and project management.
In 2016, Helena joined our ranks as director of the Department of Microbiology. She oversees various tests for food, water, cosmetics, medical accessories and medicines, including GMP and GLP standards. The Department of Microbiology places great emphasis on generous and fast service of uncompromising quality.
Helena was born in 1973, is married and the mother of three children: Or, Daniel, and Maya. She enjoys travel in Israel and abroad, as well as theater and cinema.

Yoram has over 25 years of analytical experience in the testing of mycotoxins, vitamins, supplements and food ingredients, and has spent 10 years testing pesticides. He received his PhD from the Department of Horticulture at Hebrew University. Yoram also received a teaching certificate from the Department of Education.
He has conducted post-doctoral research at the Department of Fruit Tree Cultivation at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Munich, Germany. Yoram has participated in many professional conferences and seminars in Israel and abroad and has published 12 scientific articles in international and Israeli professional journals such as Soil Biol. Biochem., Scientia Horticulturae, Acta Horticulturae J. Agric.
Among his previous positions: Director of the Analytical Laboratories and Responsible for Poisons at BioDar (of the LycoRed Group); and Director of the Laboratory for Food Chemistry at the National Laboratory of Public Health at the Ministry of Health.
As Head of the department Yoram is responsible for overseeing the testing of various ingredients in food and the environment, including vitamins, preservatives, aldehydes and ketones. He also serves as Chairman of the company’s Safety Committee.
Yoram was born in 1957, and is the father of Itai, Itamar, and Reut.
His favorite hobby is baking healthy, tasty, and unique breads (with a ‘resume’ of more than 300 breads). His also enjoys Hebrew music of the 1960s, Sudoku puzzles, and going to the gym.

Irina completed her PhD in chemistry at the Weizmann Institute of Science, under supervision of Professor Meir Lahav, winner of Prize Israel.
Irina has rich and extensive experience in the field of pharma as part of her work at Perrigo and TEVA companies. During these years, Irina held a variety of positions in quality assurance, analytical research, and management the group for developing and validation of analytical methods.
In 2014, Irina joined Aminolab as a manager of the quality assurance department and she served in this position for about 3 years. During this period, Irina expanded the company’s accreditations and recognitions, including recognition by the Israeli Ministry of Health, as a GMP laboratory in the field of chemistry. Irina supported and led regulatory audits (ISRAC, FDA-CDER, Israeli MoH, Notify bodies, etc.).
In 2017 Irina moved to the Department of Chemistry. As part of her position as Deputy Head of Chemistry Division and Validation Manager, Irina was responsible for the various laboratory tests, method development and providing ongoing support to the company’s customers.
Since the beginning of 2021 Irina started to manage the Chemistry Division.
Irina was born in 1970 and she is the mother of Benjamin and Shelly. Irina lives in Rishon Lezion
